1 months training programme I’ll create a programme for your first month. By the time you’ve completed it you’ll know exactly how to create your own programmes moving forward.
The “gentle nudges” emails. My ICE clients get the full “nudges” emails but as a member of the lab I’ll sign you up to the ‘gentle nudges’ version. 1 email a week that will help ‘nudge’ you along your journey and drip feed some of the most important parts of health and fitness.
The ICE client option is an intensive 3 month commitment which would suit someone who is highly motivated to learn and make changes. You’ll get gym/exercise programmes, nutritional guidance and constant support from me via a private WhatsApp/text feed. As an ICE clients you are my number 1 priority and you WILL learn fast.
The “Nudges” emails I was really excited to develop these and even more excited about how well they’ve been received so far. You will receive a daily ‘nudges’ email that will drip feed knowledge, know how and keep you consistent. They will keep “nudging” you along the journey to empowered health and fitness.
Personal Trello board Personal Trello board Trello is the client management software I use for my PT clients. As an ICE client you will have access to your very own board. Your Trello board will house all your programme cards (which I will upload weekly), your dietary analysis, meal ideas, goals and so much more. Logging in to discover your brand new session plans is like Xmas come early every week.
Whatsapp/Text communication Along your journey you will have questions… a lot of them. Whether it’s a simple bit of dietary advice or a question about an exercise I have programmed for you, a quick WhatsApp or text is the easiest and quickest way to get a response. I’ll be on hand to answer them double quick.
Weekly check in Skype call Lot’s of new clients are a bit nervous to Skype or call for the first few times. Getting to know each other better always makes the journey so much easier. The weekly calls are a great opportunity to really dig down into the programme and analyse what’s working well and what’s not. It def helps that I’m super friendly and easy to talk to 😉
1-2-1 online training sessions I've had a few beginner clients find this really helpful at the start. I'll come and do an online session with you to make sure your technique is on point.
