Buckle up people – I’m pulling no punches.
First things first, my writing style reflects my personality… It’s a bit mental. I don’t care much for ‘professional standards’ whatever the hell that is. That’s probably why I run my own shit…and by shit I mean website.
So you’re here because you want to lose fat!
Or you might be here because you want to know more about HOW to lose fat.
When I set about trying to learn the best method for fat loss I quickly learned 2 very important things:
- There is no ‘best’ method
- Very few people teach the core and fundamental principles of fat loss – All these industry fuckers and Insta “gurus” dress fat loss up to make money. And I’m not talking about jeans and tee shirt, we’re talking ball gowns, full make up and diamond jewellery. Let’s face it…claiming to have answer to easy fat loss is money spinner.
Luckily for you I come from a science background. My brother has been drilling science through my head since I was a baby. And because of that I can only bring myself to speak the truth. Nothing in this guide or indeed this lab is dressed up, it’s just raw information based on scientific evidence. We’ll look more into exactly what that means in a few modules down the line..
