Q: Why should I work with you?
A: Here comes the big sell LOL….seriously though, I’m not gunna pretend I hold the magical key to success BUT what I do have is integrity combined with solid evidence based knowledge and know how. I study with MacNutritionUni which is THE GOLD standard for evidence based nutrition. I have spent a long time building up a solid network of trustworthy evidence based practitioners who base their teachings and advise on science. My goal is TEACH all my clients how to be critical thinkers and establish for themselves the fads and gimmicks that exist in the industry. Instead of keeping you at arms length from the core principles of nutrition and fitness for the purposes of repeat business, I’m gunna bring you right in and educate you.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: I offer 1 weeks free coaching NO STRINGS ATTACHED. I’ll give you pricing options after that 😉 …..It is totally affordable though!
Q: How long do I have to sign up for?
A: I recommend clients sign up for a minimum of 3 months – I have designed the journey around a 3 month schedule. It allows enough time for me to share all my knowledge with you, establish new habits, break old ones, get stuck into training and most importantly, see results from our efforts. Most of my clients stay with me longer which does wonders for my ego 🙂
Q: Can I drop out if I end up hating you?
A: lol as if that’ll happen. But if you find me intolerable then sure, I’ll refund you and set you free 🙂 FYI – The only refunds I’ve ever had to make are people who sign up believing I’m going to give them a diet plan. I DON’T do diet plans….I DESPISE diet plans…diet plans don’t teach you ANYTHING!
Q: Can you just tell me exactly what to eat?

Q: I’ve got a holiday coming up does that matter?
A: Welcome to life my friend! There is never a “perfect” time to start changing your dietary and fitness habits. I won’t be drastically altering your life because that’s not how sustainable health and fitness works. Holiday’s happen, illness happens, LIFE happens! Stop putting it off…let’s get to work!
Q: Isn’t it easier to just follow a diet plan?
A: Go find out for yourself, I won’t try and stop you. But in 12 weeks time write down exactly what you’ve learnt about nutrition and fitness and send it to me. I predict the list will look a bit like this:
“Hi Ollie, I learnt that I was starving the whole time because the plan put me on 1300 Calories a day and that prepping food I didn’t even want to eat was a total nightmare”
Q: I just don’t have time to be learning this stuff, what should I do?
A: You don’t have time to learn about good nutrition and fitness? Come back to me when you have your priorities in order 🙂
Q: I don’t live in the UK. Can I still work with you?
A: Hell yeah you can, Thanks to globalisation and a little invention called the internet we can communicate with no issues. (just bear in mind I won’t be on hand to tell you the Calorie content of an apple at 02:00 London time)
Q: My mate who’s a PT told me….
A: LET ME STOP YOU THERE….Do you have any idea how easy it is to become a PT? You need between 1-3 grand and 6 weeks training before you do a multiple choice exam and a 20 minute “PT” assessment. MOST PT’s are totally ignorant and don’t further their development. And following Insta ‘guru’s’ doesn’t count as further development. Q: Do I need a gym membership?
Nope, In fact most of my clients don’t have a gym membership. I won’t deny that it does help…have you ever heard the phrase “the right tool for right job”. The gym is the “right tool’ for resistance training but home workouts will work just fine.
